Step 1: First of all, please decide which Apps you want to put into your new folder on iPad. Press your finger on an App of them and hold until the App icons start to shake.

Step 2: Then drag-and-drop it onto another App you want in the same folder. A new window will pop up with a “name” section for your new folder. If you want to change the default name of the folder, you can rename folder on iPad.

Step 3: Tap anywhere on the screen to complete the naming process. Now continue to drag other Apps onto this new folder to add them to it.

Step 4: When you are done creating folder on iPad and putting your apps to it, press the Home button to save their locations and stop the apps from wiggling. That' all!
